Over the last 10 years, my wife and I built a beautiful luxury ecolodge in the Castellon region of Spain, La Cueva de Miravet (www.lacuevademiravet.com).

We are currently looking for a fluent Spanish and English-speaking manager to support us as we grow the number of guests this year.

This is a fully paid position, which includes a basic room in a nearby house and a car.

We're after someone who is passionate about sustainability while able to ensure a high-quality experience for guests.

You should be attracted to a peaceful rural setting, as while the location is close to the sea, it is in the mountains about 10 minutes' drive from the nearest town.

Key tasks will include guest reception, building maintenance, cleaning, marketing, management of volunteers, and regular coordination meetings, among other activities.

Please note, the person would need to have, or be willing to become, "autónomo" (self-employed) for the role, and must have the right to reside in Spain (i.e.

EU citizen or appropriate visa).
