What we are looking

The successful candidate will be the support the VP in driving operational excellence, ensuring project success and maintain financial control all over operations across the company.

What will you do on a day-to-day

• Project Management: Develop detail project plan and resource allocation to ensure the success, monitor project progress, implement mitigation strategies to keep projects aligned to targets and prepare executive presentations to communicate outcomes
• Financial and operational control: Performance monitoring, track costs and variances, follow KPI´s for operational efficiency, analyze operational and financial data to help decision-making
• General support: Review market trends and competitive analysis, coordinate initiatives internally, help to BU Directors in process reengineering and develop communication plans to support change management

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Technical proficiency (tools MS Project, PowerBI,…)
• Industry expertise
• High Level of English C1
