Join us as Associate Talent Acquisition for 12 months in Madrid and help us to build the dream teams that power our success in business aviation.
Your role
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process, fostering a positive and seamless experience for candidates.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Depending on your experience and competence, you will also perform screening calls or first round interviews.
- Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with other stakeholders to support a positive and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent pipeline development

- First experience in recruitment or talent sourcing in an international environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), social media platforms for talent sourcing and proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
- Open, curious, and results-driven, with a passion for connecting people with opportunities
