About the Position

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide outstanding support to clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently. You will also promote innovative financial products tailored to customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking queries, including account setup, password recovery, and transaction issues.
• Communicate effectively through various channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
• Promote innovative financial products and services based on client needs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and client protection requirements.
• Identify and resolve anomalies in customer applications.
• Meet service quality standards and individual performance goals.

Requirements

Language Proficiency Requirements|

Candidates must meet the following language requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch or German (C1 level).
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish

Education:

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Skills and Competencies:

• Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial acumen and confidence in promoting financial products.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.

Experience:

• Experience in customer service or banking is a plus but not mandatory.
