As a Startup Program Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Startup Program Manager for Southern Europe to execute the strategy for the global Startup Program across Spain and identifying and acquiring startups with the potential to create business opportunities. You will monitor their progress and maintain the relationship with them. You will interact with startups and encourage them to join the OVHcloud Startup Program. You will also ensure that they are satisfied with the products and solutions offered.
Your main responsibilities
Manage local Startup Program activities
Assisting the Startup Program Manager for Southern Europe to execute the strategy that includes the activities below to boost the number of startups in the Startup Program and increase the spend on OVHcloud by these members
Market Research
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and potential areas for development.
- Support and assist Startup Program Manager to identify potential clients and contact them
- Scouting local scaleup and startup
Program management
- Document and track the progress of eligible startups in our CRM lead management system
- Production of reports on program monitoring and tracking of KPI's
- Assist with setting up onboarding and offboarding sessions for members
- Assist with setting up tech consultations with OVHcloud engineers for customers to help them access the cloud solutions best suited to their needs
- Draft and send meeting summaries or action items.
- Respond to inquiries from startups, addressing requests or issues
Promotion in the startup ecosystem
- Identify and attend relevant local startup events (demo day, tradeshow, startup competitions), to recruit new start-ups for the program.
- Assist in organizing events or initiatives for startups

Your future impact
In 3 months you will have accomplished
Using OVHcloud’s productivity tools: CRM, procurement system, communications tools etc.Assist with managing the Startup Program in your cluster including onboarding, offboarding and tech consultationsAnd in 6 months you will have mastered
Attending and running events to acquire new startups in the Startup Program
Skills required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and able to use tools like Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Program management and business development/sales skills are a plus
Non-core competencies
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem
