Our client is a leading global insurance provider with a strong presence in Spain. Their commitment to fostering a highly skilled and motivated workforce has been crucial to their success in the industry.
Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership for the sales teams.
- Design and implement comprehensive training and development programmes.
- Assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all training materials.
- Develop and manage the training budget.
- Monitor and report on key training and development metrics.
A successful Head of Training & Development should have:
- A strong educational background.
- Proven experience in a similar senior training and development role focused on the development of large sales departments.
- Strong background related to the insurance space and industry, having acquired a relevant track record creating processes from scratch.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of IA and digitalization platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A permanent position in a globally recognised insurance company.
