About The BOOST Program
You will be a part of the PMI’s team during your 6+6 months long (six months that can be extended to twelve) full-time internship (35 hours per week). During the program you will perceive a monthly gross salary of 944€. You will have the possibility to benefit from the fully paid online Master or a specific postgraduate degree* validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.

- Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already signed one with the financed Masters at Universidad de Nebrija.
- Available to join PMI on September 1st.
- Recently graduated or soon to graduate (with a maximum of 9 credits left to graduate).
- You are proficient in English (High Intermediate B2) and Spanish (native speaker).
- Valid Spanish working permit or Student Visa.
- Passionate about learning and acquiring experience on Global Processes related to administration in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of different Microsoft Office tools.
- Effective communication.
- Able to work in a team.
- Ability to adjust to new challenges and changes in the work environment.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving.
- Coordinating and prioritizing tasks.
- Proactive and autonomous person.
- Empathy and communication skills.

The integration of Interns takes place in September 2025. The recruitment process consists of several selection phases where you will have the opportunity to present your potential in all its dimensions and better understand who we are and how we work.
