As a Designer, you'll drive processes and projects from discovery to delivery. The decisions you make will be powered by a profound understanding of our customers and their interests. You'll use your sharp eye for strategy as the team and company look to scale to even greater heights.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and creating documentation, design systems, and guidelines
- Art directing our partner agencies to get the best results for Revolut
- Delivering creative visual assets and motion design that bring our brand to life
- Concepting and developing content for campaigns
- Working with our Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver the best solutions for projects
- Gathering design references, creating mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate ideas to the team and stakeholders
- Owning projects, from concept through to completion
- Working across multiple project deadlines
- Experience as a graphic designer
- A background in branding or advertising environments
- An outstanding online portfolio demonstrating success in creating compelling visual brand systems for companies, products, or campaigns
- Creative design, motion graphics, visual design, editorial, typography, digital design, social media, creative thinking, branding identity, and art direction skills
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud apps and other prototyping tools, such as Figma and Miro
- Experience leading a design process end to end with the support and management of assisting designers, motion, and 3D artists
