🎯 MISIÓN DEL PUESTO
Te encargarás de la venta de soluciones tecnológicas para la gestión de almacenes, asesorando a nuestros clientes sobre SGA (Software de Gestión de Almacenes), su integración con ERP y hardware logístico (terminales, sistemas RFID, etc.), con el objetivo de optimizar sus procesos y adaptarlos a la industria 4.0.
Tu rol será detectar oportunidades, diseñar propuestas personalizadas y contribuir al crecimiento del área de soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas a la logística.
📑 FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
Desarrollo de negocio y gestión de clientes:
- Identificar y captar nuevos clientes de sectores clave con necesidades logísticas complejas.
- Promover nuestras soluciones tecnológicas (SGA, integración con ERP, dispositivos de captura de datos, automatización) en España y mercados europeos.
- Realizar visitas comerciales.
- Elaborar propuestas a medida en colaboración con el equipo técnico y alineadas con la capacidad de integración y personalización del SGA.
Asesoramiento técnico-comercial:
- Analizar las necesidades del cliente y proponer soluciones en software de gestión de almacenes (SGA), RFID, IT y automatización.
- Explicar y demostrar el valor añadido de nuestras soluciones tecnológicas.
- Asegurar la alineación entre las necesidades del cliente y las capacidades técnicas de MOINSA.
Coordinación interna y gestión de proyectos:
- Trabajar de forma coordinada con los departamentos de ingeniería, desarrollo de software y operaciones para validar la viabilidad de cada solución.
- Acompañar al cliente durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto: desde la preventa hasta el seguimiento post-implantación del SGA.
- Facilitar la comunicación entre cliente y equipo técnico para asegurar la correcta ejecución y satisfacción.
Análisis de datos y reporting:
- Utilizar herramientas como Power Query para detectar áreas de mejora y medir el impacto de nuestras soluciones.
📋 REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO
🎓 Formación académica:
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Organización Industrial, Telecomunicaciones, Informática o similares.
- Valorable formación en Comercio Internacional o Marketing.
📌 Experiencia profesional:
- Mínimo 3 años en ventas técnicas en logística, automatización o software de gestión de almacenes (SGA).
- Conocimiento del ecosistema logístico: operadores, integradores, almacenes automatizados y tecnologías asociadas (RFID, IT, software).
- Experiencia en entornos de almacén y procesos de automatización.
💻 Conocimientos técnicos y herramientas:
- Valorable manejo de Power Query y Excel avanzado para análisis de datos.
- Familiaridad con integración de soluciones con sistemas ERP y WMS.
- Capacidad para realizar presentaciones técnicas y comerciales.
🌍 Idiomas:
- Inglés avanzado (C1) imprescindible para la expansión en Europa.

We are looking for you in our Supply Chain Department: Demand Planner Intern.
Surrounded by a team of high-performance professionals, your mission will be to be involved in the supply chain department in a transversal way and participate in the improvement of processes, while preparing and facilitating the monthly demand review.
FUNCTIONS
- Participate in the preparation and execution of the demand review program implementation plan.
- Track program progress and provide regular reports on the status to the supply chain team & key stakeholders.
- Manage and adjust for any changes in program scope, schedule, and/or resources.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues coming from forecast mistakes.
- Collect and consolidate all the inputs from the different forums of the sales and supply departments.
- Identify and detail the different scenarios/solutions to be presented in the demand review meetings.
- Drive the impact analysis and align & validate with key stakeholders.
- Prepare documentation for the demand review meetings.
- Own the compilation and analysis of key demand metrics.
- Strengthen relationships with departments involved to help drive participation.
- Participate in the execution of the demand planning processes, including the data inputs, cleansing and the generation of an statistical forecast.

Su misión será gestionar todas las actividades técnicas de los niveles dentro de su familia profesional así como el cumplimiento de las normas y estándares que apliquen.
Se trata de una posición temporal.
Principales responsabilidades:
- EHS: Tener adquirida el conocimiento de EHS de los procesos que se vayan a ejecutar.
- Tecnología de Fabricación: Conocer y cumplir las normas de equipos, limpiezas, estándares y hojas de ruta en las que se intervenga y sus correspondientes actualizaciones. Ser capaz de realizar cambios de formato y ajuste en equipos productivos. Liderar determinadas fases de elaboración de líquidos. Manejo y conocimiento de los controles en proceso asociados a los procesos de los que será responsable.
- Calidad: . Cumplimentar correctamente la documentación de los lotes en las fases en que se intervenga.
- Titulación mínina de Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior, preferiblemente relacionada con mantenimiento, robótica o ciencias de la salud.
- Experiencia en entornos productivos.
- Atención al detalle y organización.
- Conocimientos de SAP.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
