What will you do?
At INNOCV, we are looking for a Business Development Manager specialized in technology, with a consultative approach, to drive the growth and positioning of our technological services in the market. The ideal candidate will be a professional with experience in business development in technology sectors, with the ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients, leading value propositions from a strategic and consultative perspective. Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the field of technology consulting, collaborating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies, acting as a trusted consultant.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers in companies across various sectors.

Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, mobile applications, platforms, transformation processes, etc.
Network of Contacts: A solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, or healthcare.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients at the executive level.
Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.
Education: University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar. An MBA, postgraduate degree, and/or studies in business management will be viewed favorably.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities
The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.
- Build and progressively growth client portfolio by securing win-win business opportunity, throughout the different sales cycle (acquisition, retention and upsell)
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives) set by the management team
- Drive education on product, company updates and share company best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experiences within account management / sales roles
- Knowledge and proven expertise in the strategic planning and sales approach
- Experience in client facing role and ability to speak to C-Level stakeholders
- Experience in managing campaigns across multiple advertising solutions and placements
- High oral and/or written fluency in Spanish and English is required to communicate directly with stakeholders/vendors across Spain, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers
