Job Description
In your role as Solutions Manager, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:
- Building strong relationships and acting in a lead role between our internal technical and commercial teams and our customers to ensure the best solutions are scoped and designed for our customers.
- Driving opportunities through until internal handover, managing expectations and timescales well and using negotiation sills and stakeholder management to overcome varied challenges to ensure all opportunities stay on track.
- This role is primarily allocated to a large financial institution client that operates in Spain and Latin America.
Meetings, Demos and RFPs
- Able to run all tasks needed in the preparation, execution and follow-up of customer workshops.
- Leads complex customer meetings on niche use cases and requirements.
- Checks that customer objectives align with the meeting.
- Reviews other team members' RFP answers
- Actively anticipates customer requirements, uses this insight to route customers to specific appropriate, easy to deliver product features.
- Is able to confidently scope Enterprise projects while controlling for risky scope, as well as create high quality estimate requests and SoWs, as well as conduct review of other team members’ work
- Is able to independently scope custom models, with reference to internal resources only for the most unusual issues
- Advocates for the customer when appropriate and raise gaps in requirements or expectations to the Project Manager, Product and/or Engineering.
- Leads and confidently demos all aspects and features of the product, including features for niche product use cases and analytics.
- Anticipates common customer queries and concerns, and addresses these before they are asked.
- Able to configure schema modifications, demonstrate API using event generator or postman etc, as well as configure complex functionality
- Applies deep understanding of the industry, use cases and feature knowledge, proactively sharing information with team members to enable problem solving and remove project obstacles.
- Has a high degree of schema knowledge, and is able to support the customer in mapping common and key fields.
- Has excellent knowledge of ARIC architecture and how this supports product features and integrations.
- Has in-depth knowledge of ARIC analytics options, and is able to create complex AMDL when needed.
- Able to raise well-formulated product requests with actionable routes to implementing.
- Acts as a point of contact for other teams in PS&S.
- Recognized expertise in own area within PS&S.
- Builds and encourages communities of practice to maintain quality and alignment.
- Is capable of influencing decision-making processes and persuading stakeholders to adopt best practices or alternative solutions when necessary. This involves presenting compelling arguments, data-driven insights, and aligning strategies with organizational goals.
- Shares learning and enablement material within the team.
- Helps others to identify training needs.
- Coaches and develops team members, leading accreditation and feedback processes.
- Participates in larger-scale process improvement project within the broader PS&S department.
- Develops and implements comprehensive process improvement initiatives within the team.
- Mentors junior team members in process improvement methodologies.

- Participates in technical round panels, providing fair and unbiased feedback as well as being a strong representative for the team and company.

Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working alongside a commercial or technical team; or experience working client side either at a bank or insurance company.
- Strong academic background (Technology or Scientific degree).
- Excellent written and verbal communication as well as good presentation skills.
- Fluent Spanish speaking skills.
- Proficient English language skills are required.
- Knowledge in fraud and financial crime domain and detection strategies.
- Understanding of analytical techniques including statistical modelling and Machine Learning.
- Technical awareness as part of software sales discussions e.g. operating systems (Linux), cloud computing (Azure, AWS), data types (CSV, XML, JSON) and database technologies & storage.
- Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as sales, accounts, technical, SME’s.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
En Kairós buscamos personas con experiencia como Project Manager de proyectos de desarrollo de software para formar parte de nuestra disciplina de Agile, la cual está liderada por Carlos Matías y Toni Navarro.
Serás responsable de optimizar y maximizar la capacidad de entrega de los equipos de desarrollo y su productividad. Gestionarás y optimizarás el modelo de colaboración, tanto dentro del equipo como con otras áreas de la organización. Monitorearás y gestionarás dependencias, identificarás y resolverás bloqueos, y alinearás la estrategia del equipo con la visión organizacional.
Trabajarás con equipos que están en un proceso de migración, y en algunos casos con productos legacy y, en otros casos, con equipos temporales que se conforman puntualmente para un objetivo/iniciativa.

THE ROLE
As a Solutions Project Manager at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market.
ROLE SPECIFICS
Analyze, plan, develop, suggest, and deliver charging solutions using information from customers and salespersons.
Cost calculations and delivery time estimations for sales based on input from the engineering team.

What Helps You Succeed In This Role
Background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Demonstrated strong experience in similar roles, PMP certification would be highly valued
A strong understanding of electrical theory, codes (NEC, local regulations), equipment (switchgear, transformers, wiring, etc.), and installation practices
Experience on reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Familiarity with design software (CAD), project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.), and estimation software

As a Lead Delivery Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of digital aviation solutions used by leading airlines across the globe. In this highly strategic and visible position, you will lead complex programs, elevate delivery standards, and shape how CAE collaborates with customers throughout the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in dynamic environments, confidently influences senior stakeholders, and empowers teams to deliver excellence.
In This Role, You Will:
L
ead project/program delivery across
multiple small/medium projects and
highly complex
large-scale
programs.
Streamline delivery processes and improve understanding of client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Manage through governance structures and develop comprehensive
program-level
plans
guiding individual project plans.
Drive alignment and adherence to CAE delivery standards and strategic direction.
Develop and manage communication plans, including content, channels, frequency, and audience segmentation.
Build and continuously improve the program and project management function.
Execute all project and program management duties from initiation through delivery and closure.
Design and
maintain
SharePoint program sites for documentation and knowledge retention.
Lead joint planning efforts and ensure consistent use of approved change, issue, risk, and quality management processes.
Support delivery teams,
maintain
strong relationships with internal CAE business units, and ensure adherence to CAE standards.
Provide senior leaders with clear updates on project, program, and client status.
Deliver early warnings and oversee quality assurance.
Facilitate
program-level
issue
and change management processes.
Monitor and report on project and program schedules, budgets, and expenses.
Coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Support the global Standards & Methods team with improvements to processes, documentation, playbooks, and lessons learned.
Actively
contribute
to global Delivery & Care initiatives.
Work flexibly across time zones when
Travel up to 50%
within the EMEA region.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PMP or equivalent certification in program/project management.

Deep
expertise
in project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
Expert-level
executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in C-level communication and collaboration, both internally and externally.
Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

understanding of delivery methods and standards.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced
proficiency
in MS Project.
Ability to
interface effectively with
both project teams and senior leadership.
Understanding of
project reporting and quality assurance concepts.
Fluency in English
Experience working in a matrix organization and supporting virtual, distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Airline or aviation industry domain knowledge.
Experience in management consulting, software vendor environments, and/or the travel industry.

En este contexto de expansión, buscamos incorporar un/a Business Development Manager – Cloud para impulsar el crecimiento del área y consolidar nuestra presencia en clientes estratégicos.
El reto
La posición tiene como objetivo principal la generación de nuevo negocio en soluciones Cloud, liderando el desarrollo comercial de servicios relacionados con migración, modernización y gestión de entornos cloud.
Se trata de un rol claramente comercial, con capacidad para liderar conversaciones estratégicas con clientes y posicionar soluciones de valor en entornos de transformación digital.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollo de negocio y apertura de nuevas cuentas en el ámbito Cloud.
- Identificación, generación y cierre de oportunidades en proyectos de migración, modernización y servicios gestionados en la nube.
- Relación directa con decisores clave (CIOs, CTOs, responsables de IT y Transformación Digital).
- Definición y ejecución de estrategias comerciales para soluciones Cloud.
- Elaboración de propuestas en colaboración con equipos técnicos y de preventa.
- Gestión completa del ciclo de venta: prospección, negociación, cierre y seguimiento.
- Seguimiento del pipeline comercial y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Representación de la compañía en eventos y ecosistema Cloud (partners, fabricantes, etc.).
Perfil requerido
- Experiencia consolidada en ventas consultivas dentro del entorno Cloud.
- Conocimiento de soluciones en AWS, Azure y/o GCP (migraciones, arquitectura, servicios gestionados, FinOps, etc.).
- Experiencia en apertura de negocio y gestión de cuentas estratégicas.
- Red de contactos activa en el ámbito IT / transformación digital.
- Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones Cloud.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y cierre.
- Perfil autónomo, orientado a resultados y con visión estratégica.
⭐ Se valorará
- Experiencia previa en consultoras o integradores tecnológicos.
- Conocimiento de modelos de gobierno Cloud, optimización de costes y seguridad en la nube.
- Certificaciones Cloud (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Buscamos un/a Channel Manager para Iberia que será responsable de liderar, desarrollar y hacer crecer el negocio indirecto de GlobalSuite a través de partners actuales y nuevos. ¿Qué requisitos y habilidades buscamos?
- Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en roles de Channel Manager, Partner Manager o similares.
- Experiencia demostrada en venta B2B de software a través de partners (idealmente SaaS).
- Conocimiento del ecosistema de partners en Iberia: consultoras, integradores, MSPs, VARs.
- Habilidades en modelos de canal, gestión de pipeline, business planning y forecast.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y gestión de stakeholders.
- Español nativo y nivel alto de inglés (C1). Portugués valorable.
¿Qué más valoramos?
- Experiencia previa en GRC (Riesgo, Seguridad, Cumplimiento, Privacidad, Continuidad, ESG) y ventas SaaS a sectores regulados.
- Haber trabajado con RFPs públicos/privados y con cuentas del sector financiero/telecom/energía/industrial.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Desarrollo de negocio a través de partners: identificación, reclutamiento y activación de nuevos partners; acompañamiento en oportunidades clave; crecimiento del pipeline.
- Gestión estratégica del canal: elaboración de business plans, QBRs, análisis de KPIs, forecast y rendimiento.
- Implementación del Nuevo Programa de Canal: despliegue, seguimiento, mejora continua y alineación interna.
- Co-marketing y generación de demanda: diseño y ejecución de acciones conjuntas con marketing, campañas, eventos, webinars y gestión de MDF.
- Alianzas estratégicas: desarrollo de relaciones con partners clave y alianzas tecnológicas/consultoras.
- Construcción y liderazgo de equipo: potencial creación y gestión de un equipo de canal conforme el ecosistema crezca.
