TikTok’s Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. TikTok Spain is seeking an experienced Agency Partnership Manager to grow and lead the partnership with some of the top media agencies in Spain. As an Agency Partnership Manager, you will provide a best-in-class collaboration through thought leadership and education, promoting the growth of TikTok’s advertising solutions to position TikTok as a strategic partner and ally.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Execute strategic account planning aimed at achieving significant investment growth
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok on the market
- Create, test, and scale local initiatives to drive education & inspiration to establish the TikTok suite of products as a leading business driving platform with agency stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with TikTok
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Track and analyse revenue performance across the agency portfolio and identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Meet and exceed revenue targets

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or roles involving agency-facing strategy and consulting
- Strong analytical skills and able to strategize and prioritize based on business opportunities
- Strong consultative sales and/or marketing skills and a solid understanding of the agency landscape -
- Proven advisor influencing senior level executives and clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English communication skills.

What will you do?

At INNOCV Solutions, we are growing and working on new products. This position involves translating client expectations and business requirements, as outlined by the commercial team, into actionable plans for the technical team. Ensures the project aligns with the client's needs and the company's strategic objectives, providing a seamless transition from sales to execution.

• Product Management: Deliver quality products with the expected profitability. Responsible for the Product Backlog created with our clients, evaluating the impact, size, value, and dependencies of each work context. Be accountable for the scope with the client to successfully complete the challenges we aim for, exceeding their expectations. Identify risks and control costs to anticipate potential situations that may jeopardize the team’s work. Develop a Delivery Plan together with the client and Developers to identify dependencies and manage deliveries.
• Client Relations: Understand the client's needs and manage their expectations based on quality and efficiency criteria, focusing on establishing unique and lasting bonds based on trust and win-win relationships, seeking business opportunities to add value, and conveying this attitude to all team members. Be responsible for their satisfaction and operational relationship. Be capable of implementing value metrics (business) and providing to clients the importance of maximizing them.
• Team Leadership: Create conditions that foster a meaningful sense of contribution, goal orientation, and shared objectives with a sense of excellence and high work standards, implementing the people management practices and processes derived from the People Area (onboarding, team building, etc.).
• Management and Metrics: Work with the rest of the Scrum Team to deliver value through the use of Scrum. Track the work done in collaboration with the team. Prepare status reports, ensure that incurred hours and defined product and process metrics are in place.

Descripción

• Liderar y gestionar proyectos de ciberseguridad enfocados en OT (Operational Technology) y seguridad IT en el Campus de Mollet.
• Desarrollar, documentar y mantener protocolos, políticas, procedimientos y estrategias de mitigación de riesgos, alineados con los estándares globales de Merck.
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgo periódicas, gestión de vulnerabilidades y revisiones de cumplimiento normativo.
• Supervisar la segmentación de redes OT/IT y garantizar la integración segura de los sistemas de control industrial.
• Elaborar y mantener documentación de respuesta a incidentes, y liderar la gestión local de incidentes de ciberseguridad.
• Diseñar e impartir programas de concienciación y formación en ciberseguridad para el personal local.
• Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, mantenimiento, producción y calidad para incorporar buenas prácticas de seguridad en los procesos operativos.
• Coordinarse con proveedores e integradores locales, asegurando la alineación con los requisitos globales de seguridad.
• Elaborar informes y análisis técnicos sobre el estado de la ciberseguridad para la dirección local y global.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre amenazas y tendencias emergentes en ciberseguridad OT, y traducirlas en acciones concretas para el sitio.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ciberseguridad, con un fuerte enfoque en OT (Operational Technology), sistemas de control industrial (ICS) o entornos de fabricación / producción.
• Experiencia demostrable en la implementación o gestión de seguridad en sistemas SCADA, PLC, DCS o BMS.
• Conocimiento de protocolos industriales de comunicación (Modbus, Profibus, OPC UA, BACnet, etc.).
• Experiencia en arquitectura de red y segmentación entre entornos OT e IT.
• Familiaridad con estándares y marcos de ciberseguridad industrial, tales como:
• IEC 62443
• NIST 800-82
• ISO 27001 / 27019
• Experiencia en gestión de riesgos, gobernanza y cumplimiento normativo, preferiblemente en sectores regulados (farmacéutico, químico, manufactura).
• Conocimientos prácticos en herramientas de firewalls, protección endpoint, SIEM, gestión de vulnerabilidades y control de accesos.
• Habilidades sólidas de gestión de proyectos y comunicación con múltiples stakeholders (locales y globales).
• Dominio del español e inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y al mismo tiempo alinearse con las directrices globales de seguridad.

Integración en la unidad especialista en Tecnología de Management Solutions, orientada a la transformación digital de los clientes.

• Participación en proyectos de conceptualización e implantación de soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas a problemas complejos, con elevadas necesidades de conocimiento específico de los negocios de los clientes y de las últimas tendencias tecnológicas, en los siguientes ámbitos:
• Estrategia y gobierno IT: planes estratégicos IT, servicing IT, Project Management Office (PMO), transformación, organización y eficiencia.
• Implantación de tecnologías especialistas para la transformación digital: definición de arquitecturas, Big Data, desarrollo de soluciones e implantación de herramientas.
• Gestión de riesgos y normativa: ciberseguridad, calidad y gobierno del dato.

Requisitos

• Recién titulados o estudiantes de último curso de Grado en Informática, Ingeniería de Software, Telecomunicaciones u otras titulaciones de perfil tecnológico. La acreditación de un Máster se tendrá en cuenta en las condiciones económicas.
• Sólida trayectoria académica.
• Dinamismo, madurez, responsabilidad y capacidad de trabajo.
• Nivel de inglés avanzado.
• Valoramos el conocimiento de otros idiomas, estudios de postgrado o cursos especializados.
• Manejo avanzado de lenguajes de programación, BBDD y técnicas de ingeniería de software.
