¿Qué buscamos?
En esta ocasión, colaboramos con una empresa internacional, consolidada en su sector y en plena fase de implantación en el mercado español, que busca incorporar un/a Director/a de Recursos Humanos para liderar la estrategia de personas desde sus inicios en España y acompañar su crecimiento.
El candidato/a ideal deberá contar con experiencia estratégica y operativa en la gestión del talento, capaz de liderar un equipo multidisciplinar, impulsar una cultura organizacional sólida y alinear las políticas de RRHH con los objetivos globales del negocio.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Diseñar y liderar la estrategia de Recursos Humanos alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía, participando activamente en la definición de la visión, misión y valores corporativos.
- Dirigir y coordinar todos los procesos clave del área de RRHH, incluyendo:
- Definición de políticas de atracción y fidelización de talento.
- Desarrollo de planes de formación continua y reskilling.
- Evaluación del desempeño y diseño de planes de carrera.
- Política retributiva, compensación y beneficios.
- Gestión del talento y planes de sucesión.
- Acompañar a la Dirección General como socio estratégico, aportando una visión global del capital humano en la toma de decisiones organizativas, de crecimiento y de transformación.
- Impulsar una cultura empresarial sólida y coherente, fomentando la comunicación interna, el liderazgo positivo y la motivación de los equipos.
- Supervisar las relaciones laborales y la interlocución sindical, asegurando un clima laboral saludable y garantizando el cumplimiento normativo de las políticas laborales vigentes.
- Gestionar el cambio organizacional, liderando proyectos de transformación cultural, digitalización de procesos o reestructuraciones internas cuando sea necesario.
- Diseñar e implementar políticas de diversidad, equidad e inclusión (DEI), promoviendo entornos de trabajo inclusivos y respetuosos.
- Supervisar los indicadores clave de RRHH (KPIs) para la toma de decisiones basada en datos: rotación, satisfacción, engagement, productividad, etc.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de la normativa laboral española y de las políticas internas, garantizando la seguridad jurídica en todas las actuaciones del área.
- Coordinar y liderar el equipo de Recursos Humanos, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional, eficiencia y alineación con las metas de la empresa.
Requisitos:
- Formación universitaria en Psicología, Derecho, ADE, RRLL o similar. Valorable máster en Dirección de RRHH.
- Experiencia mínima de 8-10 años en posiciones de responsabilidad dentro del área de Recursos Humanos.
- Conocimiento actualizado de la normativa laboral española.
- Experiencia previa en entornos de nueva creación será muy valorada.
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y visión estratégica.
- Nivel alto de inglés.

EdV (Equipo Desarrollo de Versiones or Version Development Team) is a FAL area of Airbus LTA where we work on the development of the C295 versions and prototypes of this aircraft. This year we have a great challenge ahead of us as we are doing, in addition to our more usual tasks, the maintenance and transformation of the C295-163 prototype.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Collaborate with Design in the definition of the MSN 163 Transformations for the MPA program.
- Create/Update BoM/'routings'/SOI taking into account shop floor needs, time calculations and complying with Golden Rules of Work Preparation in accordance with applicable processes.
- Specify industrial resources (Equipment, tools, tooling, machines,...) required for creation or modification.
- Communicate directly and physically participate in the routines of the production team.
- Give technical support to the workshop by providing expertise in the preparation of work.
- Responsible for configuration management support.
- Within the ME role, in supply chain management, ensure total and effective data consistency.

Are you ready to take on the challenge of becoming a Material Services LTA within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid)?
RESPONSABILITIES:
For the LTA Programme perimeter and the Customers on his/her portfolio, the job holder:
- Leads Performance- based logistics contracts for specific customers
- Ensures fulfilment of Materiel Support customer requirements and Manage In Service Support contracts in reference to spares and repairs aspects.
- Acts as the primary interface for Airbus DS Customer Services Regional Directors towards Material Services, ensuring correct reporting towards Programmes and correct cascading of Programme planning within Material Services.
- Is responsible for maintaining clear direction and continuous alignment of MRTT Customer Services Programmes and Material Services strategies (targets and priorities), identifying potential issues and ensuring their resolution.
- Is accountable to ensure all Material Services related activities are managed in line with Programme targets and policies (Time / Cost / Quality).
- Ensures Programme requirements / expectations are clearly understood and all necessary activities are executed in the Material Services Centres of Competences (Operations, Planning and Demand, Logistic Engineering, Material Data, etc) to secure delivery on target.
- Ensures a pro-active End to End materials issue management process covering all Material Services Centres of Competences and support functions (Procurement, Quality, Finance, etc.).
- Ensures Entry Into Service, Initial and In Service Material Support is project managed and major deliveries / quality issues are given the right level of attention to meet Customer Services Programme Milestones, including local set-up.
- Is responsible for the coordination and deployment of LTA Material Services policies with Airbus DS local teams in the Air Bases.
- Leads the project management and steering of the Cost Evolution for the Material Services perimeter in line with Programme targets. Ensures alignment of Operating Plan assumptions between Programme and Material Services, follow up of budget/expenditure, early identification of deviations and establishment and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Ensures actions are well coordinated within Material Services to anticipate issues and reach Material Services key financial and performance commitments.
- Gives the visibility of the main critical issues, recovery plans, owners and impact dates to the Customer Services Programme and Material Services Management, synthesizing the actions which have to be escalated to the top Material Services / Customer Services Program Management.
- Ensures all Material Services risks and mitigation plans are managed in conjunction with the Programmes Risk Management process.
- Ensures that Material Services view is communicated and considered within the Programmes
- Formally represents Material Services in the Programme Governance reviews. - Supports Quality function on any Material Services related request - Supports improvement projects (i.e. Optimum, Lean Services), including transversal activities for synergies and processes
- Contributes to the overall Material Services performance on EBIT, Revenues, Order Intake, especially for Spares and Repair. Complies with Target and Budget Letter, by developing and implementing simplifications to reduce main cost factors (hours, material levy, non-quality cost), and supporting new business developments to implementation.
- Is part of the decision making process for the Material Services activities impacting the LTA Programme for Full In Service Support contract.

- To manage and lead the E2E activities for the industrialization of new industrial means, following the processes FU.IN.03.02 (Develop and Realise Integrated Industrial Systems and Jigs & Tools), FU.IN.03.03 (Specify and Qualify Machines and Systems) and FU.IN.03.06 (Implement Measurement Systems) and their relation to linked processes
- To be technical responsible for the solution implemented ensuring stakeholder’s needs are fulfilled considering inputs from different departments such as Manufacturing Engineering, Production, H&S, Ergonomics, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Transports and handling, etc.
- Support maintenance and production departments with technical expertise to ensure the reliability of the means.
- To deliver safe (safety first), ergonomic and smart maintainable means to production focus on I4.0
- To support all the program activities for the industrial means parts including master and detailed planning, proposals, CapEx, budgets, etc.
- To define concepts and modifications to fulfill all the requirements from all related functions, assuring rates, usage, maintainability, and quality capabilities.
- Use of CAD (CATIA v5) to create concepts, analysis for GD&T to ensure correct functionalities.
- To create technical specifications for different industrial means ranging from simple tools to complex autonomous systems
- To lead call for tenders managing, evaluating and selecting suppliers technically speaking.
- To manage the different milestones of the means acquisition (KOM, PDR, CDR, CISS, CIPS and THO) according to customer’s and stakeholder’s needs.
- Assure the delivery of the industrial means in time, cost and quality.
- To manage suppliers to ensure OT, OQ, OC delivery of the assets. Steer trouble shooting, failure analysis and analytical thinking when required.
- To setup and commission new manufacturing/assembly stations
- Attend concurrence engineering meetings to assure feasibility of industrialization and minimize its cost.
- To give shop floor support on the first uses of the delivered means.
