Your Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all procurement activities on an international scale, with a focus on information and communication technology (ICT).

This role is crucial in ensuring that Allfunds' procurement processes are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

You will develop and implement global procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to support the company's operations and growth. This position plays a key role in driving transformation projects, ensuring information security, and maintaining business continuity. The Head of Procurement will also provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team, contributing to the overall success and innovation of Allfunds.

Team Structure: Reports to the CFO, working closely with local and International key stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Transformation projects: verticalization, supplier consolidation
• Lead and manage all external procurement activities related to ICT for Allfunds on an international scale.
• Oversee the procurement of hardware (communications, personal computing, servers, and mainframe) and software licenses, including maintenance services.
• Lead transformation projects, including supplier consolidation and vertical integration.
• Professional services for software development, projects, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Draft and manage contracts across all company areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and audit processes.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Develop and Implement Cost-Saving Strategies: This includes negotiating favourable terms with suppliers and optimizing procurement processes.
• Conduct Regular Spend Analysis: Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure budget adherence. Implement measures to reduce unnecessary spending and improve financial performance.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Expert in Procurement Management.
• Extensive training in quality management, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience as a Director of Procurement for Systems in the finance industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of procurement in various domains, including contingency workers suppliers, hardware, software licenses, financial and risk information services, and professional services.
• Experience in managing transformation projects, and contract drafting.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multinational and multilingual teams.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
• Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Budget Management: Expertise in managing budgets and ensuring procurement activities stay within financial constraints.
• Vendor Management: Skill in managing supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service delivery.
• English: C1 level.
