EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established global manufacturing company. We are searching for a Global HR Business Partner to join the Madrid office.
The Global HRBP will be responsible for supporting business growth and scalability by acting as a key advisor to senior management. You will also drive business performance through people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing HR function, contributing to transformational initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.
Key responsibilities of the Global HR Business Partner:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions
- Lead the execution of global HR processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
- Implement and improve HR systems, ensuring a seamless and efficient self-service approach in collaboration with global, regional, and local HR teams
- Act as a change agent, driving cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives to enhance overall workforce performance
Your profile:
- Fluent in English
- Extensive HR experience, including global and local HR Business Partnering in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and experience in managing relations with works councils
- Proven ability to develop leadership pipelines, succession planning, and coaching programs
- Competent and agile in unstructured and fast-paced environments
