About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization in the renewable industry. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are the driving force behind talent acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to this international organization cross Europe. With your expertise in identifying and engaging potential candidates, combined with your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing talent pools.
- Coordinating the use of various media channels.
- Creating engaging online content tailored to the target audience.
- Conducting job interviews and managing the selection process.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Advising (line) management and acting as a strategic business partner.
- Participating in complex and challenging recruitment projects.
- Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Qualification and expertise:
- Several years of experience as a recruiter (agency or corporation) within the European market for renewable energy industry.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a solid network quickly.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining talent pools.
- A proactive, strategic mindset with confidence in decision-making.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Availability of at least 40 hours per week.
