Overview of the Position:

Join Evertreen in Barcelona as a full-time Sales and Client Service Representative and be part of a team committed to environmental change. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships through proactive customer service and strategic sales initiatives, directly supporting our mission of global reforestation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns that effectively communicate Evertreen’s projects and impact to both new and existing customers.

-Lead Generation: Utilise various tools and techniques to identify and engage potential clients, expanding our reach and influence in the environmental sector.

- Sales Calls: Conduct in-depth discussions with prospects to illustrate the benefits of partnering with Evertreen, aiming to secure their commitment and support.

- Customer Care: Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily, maintaining high standards of customer service.

- Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships through consistent and effective communication, fostering trust and loyalty.

What We’re Looking for:

- Professional fluency in English.

- Resident of Barcelona, available to work in-office during the initial training period.

- Someone with sales experience.

- A proactive, self-starting individual who thrives in dynamic environments.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of creating and nurturing strong relationships.

- Immediate availability for a full-time role.
