• Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy (both online and offline)
• Brand Building & Positioning: Oversee our brand presence, increase brand awareness, and refine our brand values
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing marketing team
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor effective campaigns across various channels (social media, newsletters, PR, etc.)
• Budget Management: Ensure cost-efficient and results-oriented use of the marketing budget
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to further develop our marketing strategy

• Experience: Several years of experience in a senior marketing position (agency or corporate)
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, brand management, and traditional advertising methods
• Leadership Skills: Ability to develop, motivate, and lead a team to success
• Analytical Mindset: Affinity for numbers and data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on Mentality: Eagerness to further build our brand and be actively involved
• Languages: Excellent German and English skills (Spanish is a plus)
