In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all eCommerce touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking a visionary Account Director renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.
Our ideal candidate will excel in high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness. As the Account Director, you will adeptly manage and inspire our talented account team, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the highest quality from initial concept through to execution and delivery.
This role offers the chance to work with iconic beauty brands as we launch a groundbreaking Europe-wide eCommerce Content Factory. By integrating automation and AI, we aim to revolutionise content creation and set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.
As the Account Lead, you will motivate your direct team to excel in their roles and ensure effective communication up to the global level, aligning with overarching objectives. You implement and oversee best practice processes alongside your Project Director to optimize efficiency and productivity, all while maintaining a keen eye for potential risks and cultivating a solution-oriented mindset to address challenges proactively.
Across the account you champion the OLIVER strategic vision and drive growth, by demonstrating an ability to add value to the development of our clients’ business by generating fresh thinking and relevant new ideas, ensuring the agency is always at the forefront of all new initiatives undertaken by our clients, working with other senior members of the team to ensure exposure to the right expertise.
Reporting to the Global Programme Director the Programme Manager oversees the flow of information and process between global and team of studio hubs throughout the world.
This role will be supported by the Studio Managers throughout these hubs, Implementation team support (initially) and by project management support as the account reaches full scale and maturity.
What You Will Be Doing In Your Role
- Attending all global resource calls to ensure the teams are using OMG to manage resource and track capacity (global studio manager will lead calls)
- Overseeing the scoping, planning and specification of projects and approving all costs before they are submitted to client
- Take overall responsibility for your team’s project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed
- Providing support to the team to create and manage master documentation
- Review all WOW documentation per market to ensure the teams are being consistent and they are following best practise
- Effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
- Maintain and support the client’s brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across all offices
- Manage the set-up of Box and ensure the teams are utilising the API to OMG effectively
- Run new implementations alongside the implementation manager to ensure standard processes are implemented, correct tools are put in place and that the implementation is delivered smoothly
- Help scope new business, lead creative tests, assist with commercial modelling and RFI/RFP responses and run the pitch when necessary
- Develop relationships with technology departments and become an expert to implement new tools
- Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team to deliver projects on brief
- Brand Understanding across the portfolio
- The ability to add value to differentiation requirements
- Track all freelance and hub requests to ensure there are no margin dilutive freelancers or additional resources used unless they fit within the budget/OOS cost
- Track and report back on utilisation per market
- Support in and help to finalise the implementation including:
- Supporting in finalise KIT
- Ensure the internal WOW is finalised and the team are trained including
- Ensuring the OMG process is correct
- All roles and responsibilities are clear
- Ensure briefing workstreams are clear
- Complete a health assessment of all markets and create a plan to improve any scores below 3
- Accurate use of tools i.e are they using BOX
- Review OMG WOW with each market and identify the errors in the process then form a plan to track and ensure they rectify
- Review Zoho and understand the changes that need to be implemented to create accurate reporting
- Create a skillset matrix/ bio document (unless it feeds into internal WOW doc) to highlight all capabilities globally
- Deep dive into ALL documents; consolidate into one place, then strip back into a handful of handy documents for all teams to use
- Align with all team/market leads to ensure the clients using OMG to brief know that they won’t need to log in anymore.
- Proficiency in Spanish & English is required as we are a global business
