Oxigent Technologies is looking for a BUSINESS INSIGHTS ANALYST to be in charge of monitoring the performance of the New App.

What are you core activities?

• Update and maintain dashboards.
• Support in accesses to dashboards.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand where issues are and how to improve the New app
• Support for creating documentation (trainings, dashboards).
• Maintenance of reference files, support to creation of improved/automated process for retrieving information from markets.

What's necessary?

• Education: ideally Master in Data engineering or IT with Business diploma.
• Experience: Min. 5 years as Analyst and background in Customer behavior analysis.
• Languages: English (B2+), daily work

Technical skills:

• Expert in PBI
• Expert in SQL
• Expert in Looker
• Expert in GA4

Nice to have: Big Query
