Job Purpose:

Perform, control, document, translate, and track administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of administrative operations and document organization within the department.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for receiving sales maps from distributors.
  • Manage relationships with customers and suppliers, facilitating communication and handling administrative matters.
  • Agenda Management: Organize and maintain executives’ schedules by coordinating meetings.
  • Manage department investments and expenses, including registration for training courses.
  • Document Organization: Maintain organized physical and digital files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
  • Project Support: Assist in coordinating projects, monitor deadlines, and help organize meetings.
  • Support miscellaneous tasks by collaborating on other administrative duties as needed, being a multifunctional member of the team.
  • Must be communicative, dynamic, and adaptable.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Communication, Organizational Skills, and Flexibility.

Minimum Education:

  • Preferred education in Marketing, Economics, Administration, or related fields.

Languages:

  • Intermediate to high level of English (reading and writing).
