🔹 You’ll sit at the heart of Volotea’s 24/7 Operations Control Center, coordinating every flight and ensuring smooth, safe journeys across Europe.

🔹 By analyzing real-time weather, aircraft status, and NOTAMs, you’ll craft and optimize flight plans that keep us efficient, compliant, and on time.

🔹 Your planning will directly reduce delays and fuel costs, helping us deliver on-time performance while maximizing profitability.

🔹 You’ll monitor every airborne flight, adapting to disruptions and adjusting plans on the fly to keep the operation flowing seamlessly.

🔹  You’ll coordinate closely with pilots on routing, fuel, and performance—playing a key role in every successful mission.

🔹 From diversions to MELs, you’ll manage complex situations in real time, making fast, confident decisions with high impact.

🔹 You’ll liaise with airports and ATC across our network, solving challenges before they affect our passengers.

⚖ Work-Life balance – Flexibility to thrive

• Flight Dispatcher License, Pilot License, or a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or Airline Management.
• Familiar with EASA regulations, aircraft performance, flight planning, and dispatch procedures.
• Previous experience in dispatch, OCC, or airport operations is highly valued.
• Able to interpret meteorological data, NOTAMs, and airspace/nav charts (LHS LIDO preferred) is a plus.
• Comfortable using MS Office and flight planning software (AIMS, SITA/AFTN, CFMU tools are a plus).
• Fluent in Spanish & English. French or Italian is a plus for cross-border coordination.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills, ready to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts to support continuous flight operations.
• Safety-first mindset with the ability to work autonomously and deliver reliable results.
