¿Cuáles serán tus retos?

Liderazgo técnico y arquitectura

• Diseñar la arquitectura y liderar el desarrollo del motor de procesamiento de correo utilizando Python, garantizando latencia ultrabaja y alta capacidad de procesamiento.

Gestión de protocolos de correo

• Implementar y supervisar la lógica avanzada para el manejo de protocolos (SMTP, IMAP, análisis MIME) y autenticación del correo (SPF, DKIM y DMARC).

Integración de IA y pipelines de datos

• Liderar el diseño de pipelines eficientes que conecten el flujo de correo con nuestros modelos de Machine Learning, permitiendo decisiones en tiempo real sobre la seguridad de los mensajes.

Escalabilidad y alta disponibilidad

• Diseñar sistemas resilientes capaces de soportar picos de tráfico sin comprometer la entrega de correo, promoviendo el uso de programación asíncrona (asyncio, FastAPI) y Celery para gestionar procesos distribuidos en segundo plano.

Mentoría y excelencia técnica

• Guiar, formar y realizar revisiones rigurosas de código al resto del equipo de ingeniería.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Entre 7 y 10+ años de experiencia en desarrollo backend, sistemas distribuidos o arquitecturas de alto rendimiento.

¿Qué necesitas saber?

Formación: Ingeniería Informática o Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones. Se valoran titulaciones de Ciclo Superior en áreas relacionadas con el desarrollo de software

Contar con más de 4 años de experiencia

Frontend: Experiencia sólida en alguno de los siguientes frameworks y tecnologías:

JavaScript y TypeScriptReact y su ecosistema: Hooks, Context API, React Router, etc.

Angular y su ecosistema

Vue.js y su ecosistema

Estilado moderno: CSS, SCSS, TailwindCSS

Conocimientos en autenticación y autorización de aplicaciones

Backend: Experiencia demostrable en uno o más de los siguientes entornos:

Node.js y su ecosistema

Python con frameworks como Django y FlaskSpring Boot (Java)

C# y el ecosistema

Wired & Linked busca incorporar a un Paid Media Manager con más de 5 años de experiencia gestionando campañas de performance nacionales e internaciones, con una visión holística de los distintos canales de adquisición digitales y con la capacidad de extraer conclusiones a partir de la interpretación de datos.

Como Paid Media Manager, Sus Principales Funciones Serán

• Supervisión y liderazgo de un equipo de Paid Media Specialists
• Definición de la estrategia general de paid media y de los indicadores claves de éxito de los distintos clientes de la agencia.
• Definición, ejecución y optimización de campañas de Performance centradas en objetivos de conversión, ROAS, coste por adquisición.
• Definición de estrategias avanzadas de tracking y atribución, incluyendo conversiones offline (CRM integrations, imports, API de conversiones), Consent Mode v2, GA4 y Server-Side Tagging.
• Seguimiento y optimización de las campañas, análisis de resultados y propuestas de mejora.
• Implementación y verificación de píxeles de seguimiento junto al equipo de IT.
• Elaboración de presupuestos y estimaciones.
• Elaboración de informes bajo demanda.
• Control de la rentabilidad de las campañas.
