Job Description
As a Calypso TA you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will participate in several projects, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative way.

Funciones
- Supervisión de la obra a nivel mecánico, asegurando el correcto montaje, alineación y funcionamiento de equipos, con una visión generalista que permita coordinar de forma eficaz con otras disciplinas (eléctrica, instrumentación, civil).
- Preparación, revisión e implementación del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo para equipos críticos de fabricación de API, garantizando su disponibilidad, trazabilidad y cumplimiento normativo.
- Gestión integral de Aparatos a Presión (AP) y Almacenamiento de Productos Químicos (APQ), incluyendo inspecciones reglamentarias, documentación técnica, coordinación con OCA y actualización de registros conforme a la normativa vigente.
- Solicitud, seguimiento y cierre de permisos de trabajo ante el departamento de HSE, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad y el control de actividades críticas.

Inside of TADY´s CoC (Aircraft Systems Centre of Competence), Highly Integrated Systems (HIS) is a newly created organization (Domain) with specific responsibilities in Multisystem Architectures, Airborne Computing Platforms, IMA and Modular Integration, HW/SW Certification and Infrastructure and Digitalization, acting as Multisystem and IMA Design Office and providing transversal support and services to the whole System´s CoC. This organization has been created to evolve and prepare the CoC´s organization to the new challenges and paradigms in the Systems design, to attend current and future customer needs and to foster reuse, common strategies alignment, economy of scale, multisystem architectures and digitalization. The aim is to deliver cross-functional strategies, artefacts and support for the design, development and certification of Air Power systems by centralizing competencies, expertise and activities to act as Multisystem Design Office.
Tasks and Responsibilities
The Software Architect T&A shall be responsible for the Design, implement, and maintain a robust Python-based automation framework.
The responsibilities of the Software Architect for the Tools & Automation Team will be the following:
- Automation Framework Development:
Design, implement, and maintain a robust Python-based automation framework used across multiple programs and environments. This includes defining architecture patterns, reusable components, libraries, and ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across all automation projects.
- End-to-End Automation Lifecycle:
Lead the full development lifecycle of automation solutions - from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and release to the end customer.
- Software Design & Architecture:
Define and enforce software design principles, coding standards, and architectural patterns (e.g., modular, hexagonal, and event-driven architectures).
- Programming & Scripting:
Develop high-quality, production-grade code primarily in Python, complemented by strong Shell scripting (Bash/PowerShell) skills for system-level automation.
- Containerization & CI/CD Integration:
Design and maintain Docker-based build environments and pipelines. Integrate automations into Jenkins CI/CD workflows, ensuring reliable build, test, and deployment processes.
- Code Quality & Testing:
Promote automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and regression testing. Implement continuous integration strategies to ensure code quality and early detection of issues.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal customers and other DevOps teams to translate operational needs into software solutions.
- Documentation & Standards:
Ensure that all developed tools and automations are properly documented - including architectural decisions, API contracts, and deployment procedures - maintaining traceability and compliance with engineering standards.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Required Skills
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar, with relevant experience in software architecture and DevOps environments.
- 3+ years of experience in software development and architecture, ideally in automation or tooling domains.
- Advanced level of Python programming, including design patterns, object-oriented programming, and modular architectures.
- Strong experience with Shell scripting (Bash or PowerShell) for automation and integration tasks.
- Proficiency with Docker and containerized development environments.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins).

Estamos buscando un/a Analista Programador/a .NET para colaborar en el marco de proyectos del sector utilities & logístico. Asimismo, podrás participar en otros proyectos nacionales donde podrás aplicar tu experiencia al tiempo que desarrollarte profesionalmente. Entre las funciones del día a día se encuentran:
- Análisis técnico y funcional.
- Desarrollo en .NET.
- Colaboración en la concepción de los proyectos de TI que den respuesta a las necesidades del cliente.
- Estimación y valoración del esfuerzo de las tareas encomendadas
- Toma de requerimientos de nuevas funcionalidades y solicitudes de cambio. Especificación de requerimientos.
- Desarrollo y evolución de las aplicaciones.
- Apoyo en la definición, comprensión y traducción de las necesidades de negocio en requisitos de TI y soluciones factibles.
- Creación y mantenimiento de la documentación técnica.
Requisitos
¿Qué buscamos?
Para ello, nos gustaría que aportaras...
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia.
- Habilidades de comunicación para interlocución con usuarios/as y técnicos/as.
- Capacidad de análisis y comprensión de las necesidades de los usuarios/as.
- Experiencia profesional actual o anterior en .Net Core, Servicios ApiRest, Lenguaje C#, SqlServer, GitLab, Arquitecturas Microservicicios, Entity Core (Web Api, Swagger / Open Api 3.1)
- Titulación formativa relacionada con el sector IT.
Asimismo, valoramos positivamente si aportas...
• Experiencia profesional en sector logístico (idealmente portuario).
• Conocimientos de procesos de logística y puertos: operativa, consignaciones, transporte marítimo/terrestre/ferrocarril, aduanas, etc.
• Conocimientos de sistemas y/o plataformas digitales logístico-portuarias: por ejemplo, PCS (Port Community System), TOS (Terminal operating system), Dueport u otros
