We are seeking a Senior PMO with strong expertise in financial management and project coordination. This pivotal role involves providing critical support to the Project Management Office, ensuring seamless operations, managing purchase orders, budget tracking, and overseeing contract management.
🔥 Your responsabilities :
- Provide essential support to the Project Management Office (PMO), facilitating seamless operations within the IT team in the front office.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all team members are adequately equipped with the necessary resources to perform efficiently.
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, including monitoring budgets, contract renewals, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments, maintaining strong communication to foster project success.
- Offer technical assistance with financial controls, ensuring accuracy in controlling and reporting processes.
- Ensure project management practices align with financial objectives, and propose improvements where necessary.
- Manage workforce operations and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
🎯 Your profil :
- Experience in project management, ideally with certification (such as PMP or PRINCE2).
- Strong understanding of financial processes, including budget planning, contract management, and purchase order systems.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a solid grasp of budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, workforce management and communication skills, capable of engaging across multiple departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve project and financial management processes.
- Experience in finance or a closely related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of IT project management is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with repetitive but crucial tasks.
- You are fluent in English and have an excellent level of Spanish.
