We are seeking a Junior Data Engineer to join the team of a leading multinational company in private security.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data models using SQL in our data warehouses, including legacy on-premises storage (SybaseIQ) and new cloud storage (Snowflake).
• Update existing models to incorporate new features or fix errors.
• Develop tests to validate the implemented data models.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to understand their data needs and provide efficient solutions.
• Translate business requirements into ad-hoc reports and metrics.
• Provide support in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Apply best practices such as code reviews and version control using GitHub.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and make valuable contributions to the Data and AI knowledge base.
