Join our journey

We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing intern to join us for a few months in the first half of 2025 and help us supercharge our marketing efforts levelling up our early traction momentum! If you are comfortable with scrappiness, uncertainty and constantly changing priorities, so normal in the early-stage startup days, you love this environment and you thrive in it, please apply!

You'll have a unique opportunity to learn how an early-stage startup operates and help us make the first steps in stepping up our marketing and distribution game for our beautiful marketing automation software.

Tasks

What You'll Do

• Grow our early customer base. Bring the best ideas on how to grow our early customer base and validate the right marketing channels for ContentRadar. Let’s experiment! We are open to test out the wildest ideas you might have!
• Reach out to creators on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok to secure collaborations and product reviews.
• Ideate and execute! Be the mastermind of something we should definitely try and test and also build and execute it yourself. We will support you, of course as much as we can! TikTok? Youtube? Not too shy to be in front of the camera or at least to shoot and edit the video? Personalised outreach? Guerilla marketing? Pop-up virtual or real?
• Content for SEO and socials: research, ideate and write content for our blog and socials that would help us to grow our organic reach.
• Contribute to direction and execution. Collaborate closely with the founders to bring creative marketing solutions to life, test, implement, maintain, automate, and optimize.
• Be scrappy and highly efficient. Sometimes we have to start by doing things that don’t scale and move to more automated solutions later. In other situations, we will need your help automating our existing marketing and outreach processes to make them more efficient.
• Help a nimble team thrive. Proactively contribute with ideas and concepts, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
  
  
  

Requirements

What we are looking for

• A Business Administration student: ideally Masters
• Minimum internship duration: 2 months, ideally 6 months
• Ideally: Berlin or Madrid as your main location for the internship duration
• Ideally: native or excellent level of English
• An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take on challenges in a fast-paced startup environment comfortable with fast decision-making and uncertainty at times
• Excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on and a love for experiments
  
  
  

What makes it a good fit 🌈

• 👩🔬 There is a lot to try out and to experiment with, sometimes successfully, sometimes not. Expect to be hands-on, fail sometimes, learn, and iterate fast.
• 🛠️ Write, design, shoot videos, and set up small paid ad experiments, in short DIY!
• 🧝♂️ Suggest the wildest and the most original traction experiments, convince us to do them (that will be easy) and execute autonomously.
• 📊 Track everything so we can evaluate what works and double down on that.
• 🦄 You relish in the environment of an early-stage startup and like to try new things, sometimes out of your comfort zone.
  
  
  

What doesn’t make for a good fit 🙈

• 🧑✈️ You want to manage a team of designers and copywriters or an agency.
• 🤖 You’d like to have someone telling you what to do all the time.
• 🏓 You are looking for a later-stage established tech company with ping-pong table and a dedicated feel-good manager. There are not (yet) long lists of benefits, office perks, etc. We work from WeWorks, our kitchens, coffee shops, basically from anywhere and what matters are the results and making progress.

💰 Remuneration for the internship will be discussed based on the level of experience of the candidate

🌍 We are remote-first, but based in Europe (GMT ±1 hour), mostly Berlin
