The business controller provides the Finance Director and the Management team with valuable report and insight into the business to support operational and strategic decision making.

You are responsible for preparing, developing, analysing information and delivering high quality reports providing insight in key business drivers

Mainly focus on the wholesale activity and stock control of the region, you are responsible to provide the regional organization with information for sales, KPI’s, margin management and cost control.

In addition to the Wholesale P&L management, you are also responsible of the stock reconciliation and to follow Logistics and IT budget.

Delivers business analysis and reporting to group in line with global guidelines. Works closely together with regional management supporting with information and insights, identifying opportunities and evaluating risks.

• Perform and share sales analyses by market, channel, profit center
• Perform and share margin analysis
• Prepare and distribute cost follow up reports to all cost center owners
• Prepare and submit group reporting (monthly closing) on time and in line with group instructions
• Prepare financial performance presentations for regional and local management
• Perform monthly analysis with variation explanation on the P&L on your respective area (vs LY, Budget and Forecast)
• Execute forecast and budget processes
• Work closely with the regional and local management to interpret information, find opportunities and identify risks, be a business partner
• Build financial business understanding in the organization
• Partner with wholesale retail and e-com management to do consumer analysis and build consumer understanding
• Analyze working capital development, optimal levels and drive control and optimization
• Educational requeriments: University degree
• Professional background:5 years preferably in Internantional Environment. Retail / Wholesale Experience meriting
• Soft Skilss: Business Control, Finance Business Processes, Accounting Stakeholder Management
• Language skills: English C1
• Software proficiency Excel, PPT, Experience from SAP meriting
