YOUR MISSION

Join us and become a key member of Glovo's Global Sales Operations & Automations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Sales Operations Intern to join our Commercial team. This role will play a pivotal part in optimizing our sales processes and supporting the management of our pipeline. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for problem-solving, data analysis, and creative thinking, we’d love to meet you!

THE JOURNEY

  • Pipeline Optimization: Collaborate with local teams to creatively find and implement strategies to clean up and optimize the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Pipeline Management: Use analytical skills to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of pipeline data, identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
  • Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain dashboards and tracking tools to provide visibility and insights into the pipeline's health and progress.
  • Prioritization Model Development: Contribute to the creation of a prioritization model that ensures resources are effectively allocated to high-value opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular data reviews to extract actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy related Pipeline Management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current Pipeline Management processes and suggest innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring To The Ride

  • Bachelor in Engineering, Math or any technological domain (tech bootcamps).
  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause.
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big.
  • Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Nice to have SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Data Studio & Qlikview is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must).
  • Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
