• Analyse business processes, STRATEGY and user needs to establish technology solutions
• Document requirements and conduct business studies
• Evaluate risks and predict potential issues related to proposed IT solutions
• Participate in the creation of system specifications
• Work closely with IT team and business units to drive project delivery
• Assist in system testing and user training
• Maintain system protocols and assist in system upgrades
• Provide support and guidance to business users

A successful 'IT Business Analyst' should have:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of business process and system development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in IT systems and applications
