Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain accurate accounts for guests, including payments and preferences.
• Ensure the total cash takings balance with the PMS settlements report and complete banking procedures.
• Perform at least two security checks per shift, focusing on safety, fire, and security measures.
• Respond to guest emails and manage requests effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Comply with health, safety, and emergency procedures, including logging incidents and near misses.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using PMS systems and handling financial transactions.
• Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
