Who Were Looking For
We're looking for someone who has a deep understanding the startup ecosystem.
️️If names like Klarna, Anthropic, Cursor, Stripe seem unfamiliar, this role is NOT for you.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Know your way around the startup ecosystem founders, VCs, accelerators, hiring pain points, all of it.
- Are obsessed with the tech world and love exploring new tools, trends, and innovations.
- Have a feel for people how to engage them, onboard them, and keep them excited.
- Enjoy being on the front lines: sales, partnerships, customer success, recruiting.
- Can write and speak clearly, and love telling a good story.
- Bonus: you've worked in HR tech, AI SaaS, or recruitment, or you've helped grow an early-stage startup.
We care more about mindset than resumes.
- You're entrepreneurial: you take initiative, love connecting dots, and want to build something from scratch.
- You're curious and open-minded, always learning and improving.
- No Ego person
- Remote-first
- You'll be a voice in the product, not just a seller or recruiter. This is a builders role.
