About The Role
The Compliance team supports the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of customers around the world.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product general managers and department heads on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
- Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
- Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
- Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
- Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
- Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth
- Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
- Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits
- A STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university
- A solid track record of outstanding achievement in different areas
- Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
- An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
- Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
