Our Assistant Managers are integral members of the leadership team, supporting the Showroom Manager in creating an exceptional guest experience while driving retail excellence and team development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key leader in the showroom, assisting the Showroom manager with empowering and coaching the teams to achieve deliverables, while upholding VRAI's luxury service standards.
- Assist with executing business strategies, operational procedures, and team training to achieve showroom goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and accountability, ensuring the team embodies VRAI’s commitment to excellence and innovation. And, lead by example in demonstrating VRAI’s values, including a commitment to sustainability and ethical luxury.
- Deliver a seamless guest experience, showcasing expertise in diamond education, custom design, and VRAI’s sustainability practices.
- Support with inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards to reflect the brand’s premium image.
- Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably in fine jewelry or luxury environments. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainability and technology, with the ability to articulate VRAI’s innovative approach to ethical luxury.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for coaching and developing teams.
- A client-focused mindset, clientelling background, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive results and enhance the guest experience.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including, weekends, holidays, and peak business times
