As Application Security Engineer, you will focus on ensuring the security of multiple services by working directly with our security teams, collaborating with our engineering teams, and promoting good development security practices throughout Oracle.

You will help developers understand security concepts and security practices. You will help the security team remain a trusted partner of the development organization by being friendly but steadfast when it comes to getting security right.

What You'll Do

• Conduct security design and code reviews.
• Implement appropriate security protections to solve both individual vulnerabilities and entire vulnerability classes.
• Build and manage tools to help identify issues, both in the IDE and in CI/CD to scale out the team through automation.
• Build libraries that prevent security issues by design.
• Identify areas where our processes can be improved, and where possible implement those improvements.
• Identify, reproduce, and report security issues.
• Collaborate with software engineers to make our software better, helping them balance product and security risk decisions.
• Work together to educate engineers and product teams on the importance of security
• Perform proactive research to know the latest on security issues, and share that knowledge with the rest of the security and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with application security management on program direction, team growth, and on addressing systemic security issues.
  
  
  

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Basic programming experience in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
• Recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in application security and/or desire to learn.
• Strong ethics and understanding of ethics in information security.
• Capable of working independently while supporting a team environment.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with application security projects (e.g. OWASP Top 10), tools (e.g. ZAP, Burp), and how to build safer software.
• Recognised industry certification and/or continuing education programs are a major (remove new line) plus.
• Experience or familiarity with threat modeling, pen-testing, bug bounties, code review, capture the flag, or other AppSec activities.

We are looking for Fresh graduated candidates with finishing the University in academic year 2024 or 2025 into Threat and Vulnerability Management team based in Madrid.

Threat and Vulnerability Management is mainly focused on May research, evaluate, track, and manage information security threats and vulnerabilities in situations where analysis of well-understood information is required.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a similar discipline
• Knowledge of technical concepts such as cloud computing, networking, application development, cryptography
• Familiarity with attack and exploitation techniques involving operating systems, applications, and devices
• Understanding of security best practices for data and systems protection
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or others is a plus
• Familiarity with ticketing tool such as Jira, ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages is a plus

Responsibilities

Risk Management: Assesses the information security risk associated with existing and proposed business operational programs, systems, applications, practices and procedures in complex, business-critical environments. May conduct and document basic information security risk assessments. May assist in the creation and implementation of security solutions and programs.

Regulatory Compliance: assists in programs to establish, document and track compliance to industry and government standards and regulations, e.g. ISO-27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR, etc. Assist with research and interpretation of current and pending governmental laws and regulations, industry standards and customer and vendor contracts to communicate compliance requirements to the business.

Threat and Vulnerability Management: May research, evaluate, track, and manage information security threats and vulnerabilities in situations where analysis of well-understood information is required.

Incident Management and response: Responds to security events, identifying possible intrusions and responding in line with Oracle incident response playbooks.

Digital Forensics: Assist with data collection, preservation and forensic analysis of digital media independently, where a basic understanding of forensic techniques is required.

In a Corporate Security role, may assist with the creation, review and approval of corporate information security policies.

Compiles information and reports for management.

De que serías responsable?

• Responsable de cumplir con los KPIs de monetización y educar a nuestros clientes sobre el valor de la plataforma Fresha.
• Introducir, educar y hacer usuarios a los clientes de FreshaPay.
• Ayudar a los salones a optimizar sus perfiles, aprovechar al máximo las herramientas de Fresha para maximizar sus ingresos.
• Gestionar una cartera de clientes (Partners) y consultar con ellos sobre su uso del producto según sus necesidades y tipo de negocio.
• Asegurar una experiencia de cliente inigualable mediante la fomentación de relaciones positivas a través de reuniones por videollamada para comunicar las características y beneficios de Fresha.
• Crear y mantener relaciones colaborativas con nuestros equipos de ventas y de onboarding para asegurar una increíble experiencia desde el momento que se hace click por primera vez en Fresha y en todos sus fases de crecimiento con nosotros.

Qué estamos buscando (requisitos mínimos)

• Más de 3 años de experiencia previa como Account Manager
• Capacidad de adaptarse y lograr objetivos
• Experiencia en el uso y análisis de datos e informes de manera efectiva para mejorar rendimiento
• Naturalmente proactivo e inquisitivo, con el deseo de aprender y mejorar constantemente
• Experiencia previa en un entorno de llamadas salientes o una posición de comercial relacionada preferida
• Habilidades excelentes en comunicación escrito y hablado, capaz de hacer presentaciones a clientes en Castellano (idealmente tambien mínimo uno de Portugues, Italiano o Griego) por GoogleMeet
• Pensamiento creativo y con una mente abierta capaz de resolver problemas
• Altas capacidades de crear relaciones fructíferas con los clientes Feliz de arremangarse y ayudar al equipo cuando sea necesario - somos una start-up de híper-crecimiento!

Focusing on our Search engine and functionality, you will strengthen our ability to provide our customers with the information they are looking for, at the time they need it.

Collaborating with other engineers, product managers, and designers in our international cross-location team you´ll be dealing with challenges like creating an exceptional UI experience to our customers that allow them to find the more relevant results for the task they intend to do at any given time.

What You´ll Do
You will be part of one of our agile teams in Foundation Architecture and your main task will be the development and delivery of the Search features. You will participate in all the tasks involved in the agile process.

Constantly spending time-solving challenges, learning and processing new information, and iterating over your ideas. It´s a fun and challenging process that will help you grow in the role as you add value to the company and become an expert in different areas.
