What are you going to do?
- Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to the team of 9 individuals, ensuring proper allocation of resources, mentoring, and training opportunities.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects related to central services, travel services, renting, and other facility-related tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- General Service Planning and Maintenance: Develop and implement effective facility plans and maintenance procedures to enhance the overall operational efficiency, safety, and functionality of the organization's general services.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage the facilities management budget, monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure the efficient utilization of resources.
- Events and space Management: Develop and maintain an effective space utilization plan, including office layouts, seating arrangements, and allocation of resources to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Regulatory and Legal Compliance:
- Ensure facilities and operations comply with local regulations.
- Be aware of changes in laws and regulations that may affect operations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders, department heads, and employees to understand their facility-related needs, address concerns, and provide timely updates.
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in General Services management, with specific expertise in managing central services, logistics, travel services, renting, or related areas.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading a diverse team.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft O365, Power BI, and SAP MM software and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
