Responsibilities of the role include:

• Supporting trade execution and optimising operational processes.
• Order management on electronic platforms.
• Monitoring and managing trade settlement and reconciliation.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of operational procedures.
• Providing excellent service to external clients.
• Participating in special projects as required.

Profile Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate that is quick thinking, numerate and self-sufficient.

The successful candidate must be IT literate and good with numbers. They must also be decisive and able to convey messages and instructions clearly. You will also need to be a people person, a strong team player with a willing to learn. Flexibility is essential, as well as being focused with excellent attention to detail.

You must also be proactive, showing good initiative and possess:

• Excellent people & communication skills
• Fluent in English language both verbal and written communications
• Knowledge of Financial Markets is advantageous
• Work well under pressure
• Good timekeeper
• Fast and accurate with numbers and at data Inputting
• Accurate, organised, efficient.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel is Advantageous
