Role Description

Are you a visionary entrepreneur with a passion for business development, community building, and specialty coffee? We're looking for a co-founder to lead growth, partnerships, and community engagement for an exciting venture in the coffee space.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Build and nurture a thriving coffee-loving community (both online & offline).

✅ Drive partnerships with coffee shops, roasters, and industry stakeholders.

✅ Content creation to increase user engagement.

✅ Develop and execute growth strategies to expand our brand presence.

✅ Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.

✅ Represent the company at industry events and build strategic relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development & networking.

🔹 Proven experience in growth, marketing, or community management.

🔹 Deep love for coffee culture and an understanding of the specialty coffee industry.

🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

🔹 Based in Barcelona, Spain.

🕒 Commitment & Role Details

This is a part-time, flexible role for an Associate Founder based in Barcelona.

We expect a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week, allowing you to contribute in your free time while still being a key player in shaping the business.
