About the Role:

If you seek a dynamic environment with decisiveness and broad responsibilities, this role may interest you. As a Customer and Category Development Manager, you will be the main contact in Trade Marketing for your assigned channel/category. You will support Sales and Marketing in developing the Company Plan, assist Sales in preparing customer offers, and track the execution of agreed activities, constantly challenging the Sales team to seize business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be the company's bottom-up brand plan that involves creating and aligning trade marketing plans with the brand strategy, identifying opportunities, and developing activation guidelines. Customer analysis focuses on evaluating performance, identifying growth potential, and monitoring performance. Customer management that includes supporting KAMs, preparing offers, tracking activities, and sharing best practices to improve future activations.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with a degree in Economics, Administration, Marketing, or Business Management, and proven experience in leading FMCG companies. You should have deep knowledge in data analyzing and managing information, proficiency in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Also, an organized, structured and dynamic with a commitment to excellence
