¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

• You will be in charge of the internal control of the group's agencies in the assigned country.
• Conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performing financial analysis and reporting to management.
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Establishing and maintaining financial controls with the finance department.
• Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assisting in financial management and analysis, as requested.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful 'Controlling and Internal Audit' team member should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field.
• Big4 experience is a must.
• Very high English level is a must and availability to travel 30% - 40% of the time
• Proficiency in financial software applications.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
