¿Dónde vas a trabajar?
Define and implement the company's compensation and benefits policy, in accordance with the instructions of the Human Resources Department, corporate policies and current legislation, in order to ensure external competitiveness and internal consistency of remuneration.
Descripción
- Define, propose and implement the company's compensation and benefits policy.
- Collaborate in the design and establishment of a coherent, motivating, fair and competitive remuneration policy for the different groups that make up the institution.
- To carry out the control and monitoring of bonuses and KPIs of the company, analysing the information.
- Define and implement the flexible compensation module, as well as communicate and inform the staff about it.
- To elaborate and report the information/documentation related to his/her area. Resolving incidents in his/her area of responsibility.
- Coordinate, train and supervise assigned support staff.
- Detect and propose actions for continuous improvement to optimise work processes.
- Ensure the updating and reliability of the area's databases.
- Complying with the deadlines established in those actions that require it.
- Comply with current regulations on data protection and access to information.
- To carry out their work in accordance with the established procedures and the regulations in force on occupational risk prevention.
- Any other function inherent to the job or professional group to which he/she belongs, which may be attributed to him/her.
- To prepare and report the information/documentation required in its field of action.
- Elaborate, implement and optimise the processes of your area, according to the needs of the company and ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Promote the identification and implementation of improvements in their area.
- Resolve incidents in his/her area of responsibility.
- To analyse and control the budgets and objectives of his/her area, detecting deviations and implementing the corresponding corrective improvements.
- Plan and coordinate the work team, in accordance with the objectives set, carrying out the corresponding follow-up.
- Train, develop and motivate the staff under his/her charge.
- To promote transversal and vertical communication in the company. Ensuring the updating and reliability of the information systems in the area.
- To ensure compliance with the deadlines established in those actions that require it.
- To ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures that affect the activities carried out in their area.
- To ensure health and safety in their work post and in the rest of the posts in their area, in accordance with the procedures established and the regulations in force on the prevention of occupational hazards.
- Participate in the definition of budgets and objectives in their area, following up on them.
- To mediate in the representation and communication of the company with third parties (suppliers, etc.).
- Participate in the meetings of the area, as well as in interdepartmental meetings.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
University degree Business administration and management , labour relations or similar.
Postgraduate degree or specialisation in compensation and benefits o Human resources.
English fluent.
Minimun 5 years of experience in this role.
