Through its Young Talent Programme, Smurfit Westrock is selecting 6 young graduates to develop all their skills through this highly competitive programme in the industry.
The Young Talent Programme will take you through the main areas of the company including Operations & Production, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Health & Safety and Human Resources.
You will be assigned three different projects with 9 months of duration every of them ( 27 months), where you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience to create your proposal, present different options and develop those that best suit the company's needs. At the end of each internship, you will have to formally present the project to the management.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved with other areas of the business.
Requisitos
What are the requirements to participate in the programme?
-Graduates in: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, ADE, Economics, Marketing, or International Trade or similars.
-1-3 years experience.
-High level of English (C1). You will be tested.
-Geographic mobility at national and international level is a must
-Good communication and social skills (daily contact with operational units based in various countries and within cultural environments)
-Able to work to deadlines and work under pressure and using own initiative.
-The candidate must be very precise and enjoy solving problems.
-The candidate should enjoy working in an international environment.
-Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize own workload.-Eager to excel, determinated and committed to take responsibility and be involved in the development of this programme and your own career.
