At Eni, we are looking for an ICT Services Support within Versalis in Barcelona. As the Single Point of Contact IT, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting our international subsidiaries, ultimately ensuring that operational continuity is maintained, technology services are aligned with business objectives, and that all solutions are compliant with corporate standards. You’ll be working as part of an international team that is based across Europe, which includes working closely with central teams in Italy.

Main Responsibilities

• To manage end-to-end IT services in order to optimize service delivery, ensure configuration consistency, maintain systems and applications, and ultimately ensure business continuity.
• To manage incidents and technical issues related to: infrastructure, applications, networks, virtual machines, servers, minimizing the impact on operations.
• To participate in the planning and execution of improvement projects and the implementation new technologies, providing guidance on these very same to local users and teams.
• To facilitate the adoption of standard technology solutions at the corporate level, whilst also ensuring that these solutions at a local level respect corporate standards and guidelines.
• To apply IT policies and procedures to endure the quality and efficiency of services.
• To oversee security collaboration and compliance, including also cyber security.
• To design and configure local solutions not centrally managed by global teams.

Skills And Experience Required

• University degree in a computer/technology-related discipline.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong working level of Spanish and English. Knowledge of Italian would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge of IT, including infrastructure, applications, servers, networks and firewalls.
• Knowledge of cyber security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build effective relationships across the business.
• Strong teamwork skills, able to work effectively in an international environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, organized mindset.
