Location/Division Specific Information

The Fisher Scientific Channel is building a link between business and science as the single source for a comprehensive range of laboratory equipment, chemicals, instruments, life sciences reagents, and consumable supplies.

The position will be remote and can be located in any of the 18 countries where we operate in Europe but will require fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English. You will work in a diverse, multi-cultural environment.

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the growth of the high number of low-revenue customers in Spain. This person will join a new team of Digital Account Managers and interns driving growth within this broad customer base across Europe.

What will be your day job?

• Develop and implement a strategy to grow sales within territory while encouraging customers to self-serve on our website.
• Contact high-potential customers through phone, video call and social media channels to drive revenue growth:
• Understand customer needs, assess potential sales growth and identify the level of account manager support required.
• Tailor messaging based on industry-specific challenges, business objectives or initiatives.

Role Overview

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pro-active communication with partners in your region by market visits, telephone and by internal messaging to assist with the development of the business

The Team

BBVA Creative es la agencia in-house de BBVA; una agencia in-house es como cualquier otra agencia creativa pero que trabaja para una sola marca. Nuestro propósito es crear y distribuir historias que hagan sentir la marca de formas sorprendentes.

En BBVA Creative nos gustaría incorporar un perfil de Digital Account Manager con al menos cinco años de experiencia en el puesto que, reportando al Director de Servicios al Cliente, se responsabilizará de desarrollar y supervisar las estrategias de marketing digital, así como la creación de contenidos digitales en diversos formatos y canales.

Nos gustaría que aportes tu experiencia en el desarrollo de las siguientes tareas:

• Coordinación del equipo digital de la agencia, gestión y coordinación de proyectos y clientes.
• Seguimiento del desarrollo de propuestas y control presupuestario.
• Análisis y reporte periódico de los resultados de la actividad del equipo y de la evolución de los KPIs.
• Desarrollo y supervisión de proyectos de contenidos digitales, Social Media, Branding, Content marketing, SEO, SEM.        
• Búsqueda y negociación con proveedores, así como el mantenimiento de relaciones para colaboraciones y gestión de trabajos con proveedores, freelance y perfiles especializados si es necesario.
• Investigación del mercado y de las tendencias del entorno publicitario, no solo centrándose en el sector bancario y su competencia, sino en otras marcas a nivel nacional e internacional para proponer ejecuciones adecuadas al mismo examinando los resultados y oportunidades y así incluirlos posteriormente en futuras iniciativas.

Todas las aptitudes son bienvenidas, esperamos que te apuntes si:

• Tienes experiencia previa en agencia.
• Eres líder.
• Cuentas con experiencia en el uso de herramientas que te ayuden a desarrollar tu trabajo en el entorno digital.
• Tienes una mentalidad analítica.
• Eres una persona con foco en la estrategia y orientada a objetivos.
• Tienes inglés fluido tanto en escritura como en conversación.
• Estás motivada/o para asumir desafíos. 
• Sabes trabajar en equipo.
• Tienes una alta capacidad de organización, decisión y ejecución.

Aunque no es imprescindible, nos encantaría si además…

• Has trabajado con equipos multidisciplinares.
• Cuentas con capacidad para construir relaciones positivas con equipos internos y clientes.
• Tienes fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para desarrollar asociaciones sólidas entre disciplinas y socios.

• Recepción de candidaturas (del 18/03/2025 al 25/03/2025). 
• Si valoramos que cumples los requisitos que buscamos, te enviaremos pruebas y un formulario preguntándote alguna cosa más (del 25/03/2025 al 31/03/2025). 
• Si continúas en el proceso realizarás las entrevistas con el equipo de selección y con el equipo de servicios al cliente (del 01/04/2025 y el 25/04/2025). 
• Incorporación aproximada: mayo 2025.
