Qué Harás

Desarrollo y mantenimiento de programas ABAP tradicionales (Forms, Includes, Function Modules).

Qué perfil nos encaja

• Conocimientos de narrativa audiovisual: cine, publicidad, contenidos digitales, animación o formatos híbridos.
• Conocimiento y manejo real (no teórico) de modelos de lenguaje (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini...).
• Experiencia con herramientas de vídeo generativo, 3D, imagen y pipelines creativos basados en IA (Midjourney, Veo3...).
• Mentalidad experimental, pero sentido común: probar mucho, fallar rápido y quedarse con lo que funciona.

¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?

Cost Analytics forma parte de la Dirección de Costes, perteneciente a la Dirección Ejecutiva de Contabilidad, Control de Gestión y Capital.

Nuestra misión es aportar valor a los debates y decisiones de eficiencia y rentabilidad mediante asignaciones de costes que reflejen adecuadamente la dedicación y el uso de recursos del Grupo. Para ello, elaboramos modelos analíticos bajo distintos ángulos, tales como la asignación de costes a Negocios, productos o clientes.

Como miembro del equipo de Cost Analytics, las tareas principales que asumirás son:

• Elaboración de modelos de cost allocation con análisis, valoración de alternativas y determinación de criterios y drivers de asignación de costes, con relación y diálogo con distintas áreas del banco (p.ej. Negocio, Organización, Recursos Humanos,…).
• Asignación de costes a los distintos negocios y territorios, con seguimiento de evoluciones y reporting recurrente para integración en sus cuentas de resultados y análisis de rentabilidad, en coordinación con el equipo de Información de Gestión.
• Participación en modelos de asignación de costes a la cartera de productos de la entidad, determinando los costes a integrar en las tarifas para pricing y aportando mayor visibilidad a sus rentabilidades.
• Participación en proyectos de asignación de costes operativos a los clientes, teniendo en cuenta su cartera de productos, el modelo de atención comercial recibido, así como el grado de utilización de los diferentes canales disponibles.
• Participación en debates y decisiones de interrelación de los modelos de asignación de costes en las herramientas informacionales y de gestión del banco (IGC, REN, RAR.)
  
  

Requisitos mínimos

• Titulación superior en Economía, ADE o Ingenierías.
• Alta capacidad de análisis y modelización.
• Conocimiento de métodos cuantitativos básicos.
• Conocimiento en herramientas y lenguajes de explotación de datos (SQL, SAS, etc.).
• Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word y PowerPoint).
• Se valorará conocimiento en las herramientas corporativas, así como en la cartera de productos y servicios de la entidad.

Son los encargados de planificar la estrategia corporativa. Realizan la planificación financiera a 3 y 5 años, tienen un amplio conocimiento del mercado y realizan las proyecciones de crecimiento de la entidad y las proyecciones y escenarios para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
