Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with key customer IT decision makers to drive long-term cloud adoption and serve as the Voice of the Customer—sharing insights and removing blockers through collaboration with Microsoft engineering teams and engage them to understand their business objectives and needs, priorities, and success measures, and design secure, scalable & innovation solutions based on AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead architectural design sessions and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient apps solutions aligned to customer business goals using frameworks like CAF, WAF, Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Own the end-to-end technical delivery results, ensuring completeness and accuracy of consumption and customer success plans in collaboration with the CSAM.
- Drive migration and modernization initiatives, including committed proof of concept and production milestones, across data, innovation and AI workloads.
- Deliver repeatable intellectual property (IP) to achieve targeted outcomes, accelerate Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR), and contribute to centralized IP development initiatives.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for key Factory engagements across architecture & AI workloads.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate go-live and ensure delivery excellence across key Factory engagements.
- Generate incremental pipeline from each engagement by driving next best actions and aligning with Unified Enterprise Support (ES) priorities.
- Maintain deep technical expertise and stay current with market trends, competitive insights, and Microsoft’s evolving architecture and AI capabilities.
- Engage in technical communities, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge reuse to accelerate customer transformation and success.
- Drive technical excellence by leading the health, resiliency, security, and optimization of mission-critical data workloads, ensuring readiness for production-scale AI use cases.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers, share customer feedback with engineering teams, and influence product improvements through Voice of the Customer insights.
- Be accredited and certified to deliver with advanced and expert-level proficiency in priority workloads including Azure Functions, AKS, Serverless, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cosmos DB.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously aligning your skills to team and customer needs, contributing to technical communities, and mentoring others to accelerate customer outcomes
- Proven experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated expertise in applying the Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF) to customer engagements.
- Hands-on experience leading migration and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, data, SAP (Native and RISE), and AI workloads
- Familiarity with Azure services including Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, AKS, App Service, AVS, Windows, Linux, and Defender for Cloud

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join the backend team with outstanding software development talent proven by great work results/experience. What would you do at Fever?
On your first month in Fever:
- You will be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in plannings, groomings and retrospectives of the team, and you will have met the departments of Fever.
- You will get familiar with Fever’s tech stack: frameworks used to develop our applications, CI/CD workflows and infrastructure that support our operations.
- You will have lots of Pull Requests merged and running in production.
- You will attend some of the Fever Original’s experiences like Candlelight.
- You will be able to come up with solutions to new difficult problems, defining the solution from the architecture design to its implementation.

Gestión y Disciplina

About The Team
Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done!
This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works!.
About the Role:
- Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.
- Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability
- Lead projects that involve coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy and processes across all areas of the business, specially in logistics and operations areas
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- You have 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
- You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
- Having previous experience in logistics, operations, or distribution is highly valued
- Having previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued
- Having experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued

Responsabilidades principales del puesto
- Análisis de la información del servicio de Reclamaciones y Disputas.
- Diseño y definición funcional de indicadores, KPIs y gestión funcional de cuadros de mando del servicio.
- Identificación de necesidades de información del servicio, definición de requerimientos funcionales para mejora y ampliación de los sistemas información analíticos del servicio, trabajando en colaboración directa con los equipos de técnicos de desarrollo de servicios y sistemas de información.
- Diseño y mantenimiento de informes del servicio internos y a clientes.
- Control de la calidad de la información del servicio. Seguimiento de procesos diarios de información del servicio.
Conocimientos específicos necesarios
- Conocimiento y experiencia en análisis de información
- Conocimiento en uso de herramientas de Business Intelligence
- Conocimiento en manejo y diseño de informes con Microstrategy y/o Qlik Sense
- Conocimientos básicos de SQL
Conocimientos específicos deseables
Buen manejo de herramientas office, Excel y Powerpoint principalmente.
