Clikalia is looking for a talented VP of Real Estate to lead strategic projects. The role is based in Madrid.

Role Description

• Lead the definition, presentation and execution of real estate investment and management projects
• Analyze the financial feasibility of the projects and plan all stages by defining deadlines, people in charge, resources and costs.
• Drive the necessary actions to achieve the team's objectives and business growth.
• Management of the team of Analysts and Associates
• Collaboration with the Head to develop a pipeline of potential opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to focus investment efforts on target customer segments and maximize business results.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
• Experience +5 years in Big4, consulting or investment fund
• Proven successful experience leading strategic projects in the real estate field
• Analytical skills and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication, leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills
