About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, technical and skilled Digital Imaging Specialist to join our client's Imaging Products team in Iberia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and training on their range of dental radiology equipment to customers and distributors across the region.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive installations, repairs, and maintenance of dental imaging equipment, including X-ray units, intraoral sensors and panoramic systems.
• Provide technical training and support to customers, distributors and service partners.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and customer demonstrations.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in dental imaging and industry best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing dental equipment, with a strong focus on imaging systems.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel within the Iberia region.
