RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production and analysis of monthly statistics and KPIs for the countries under the scope of TFSC and SGI
- Production of monthly Reporting and Governance deck for the countries under the scope of TFSC and SGI including relevant comments
- Chairing of SLA meetings with internal clients (MO) and enforce SLA commitments and report
- Contribute to the implementation of new accurate and relevant Reporting produced by the different internal tools.
- Identify data improvement opportunities and lead respective study and business case development
- Develop, document and implement automated solutions to ensure continuous support and maintenance until industrialization.

MISSION

Main responsibility:
Governance and management of IT Risk and Cybersecurity controls, your tasks would be to support cybersecurity assessments based on ISO 27001 Norm.
In this context, your functions will be:
• Perform and coordinate meetings with stakeholders of different entities (customers).
• Perform and coordinate meetings with stakeholders of third parties (auditees).
• Evaluate the cybersecurity and risk management maturity level of third parties (auditees) which provides services to BNPP entities.
• Review provided evidence supporting third party answers to a control questionnaire.
• Prepare reports and consolidate the main risks identified.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience with the definition of action plans for identified risks.
• Knowledge of standards like ISO27005 or ISO27001.
• Understanding of information security and cyber risks related to the banking sector is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISM, CRISK, CISA, ISO27001LA are a nice to have.
• Structured analyst, capable to embrace and use data analytics to assess risks, scope audits and test controls

Trabajarás conjuntamente con los Prescriptores solicitantes del servicio, para optimizar la gestión de las relaciones con los proveedores en tu perímetro de compras, con la finalidad de que ARVAL pueda obtener las mejores condiciones en términos de servicio y precio.
RESPONSABILIDADES
La responsabilidad pasa por negociar, transformar y optimizar la actividad contribuyendo al desarrollo de los proyectos de la compañía, debiendo ser reconocido por la calidad de la relación establecida y su acompañamiento a las áreas de negocio, así como por los resultados a aportar a los clientes internos y más ampliamente a Arval en su conjunto.
El Responsable de Gastos Generales tiene la responsabilidad de gestionar la relación con los proveedores en diferentes categorías de gastos.
Gestiona las negociaciones sobre la base de las necesidades y las estrategias definidas con los clientes internos.
Asegura la adecuación de los productos o servicios negociados, con la necesidad en términos de Calidad/Costo/Duración.
Realiza todas sus acciones teniendo presentes todas las especificidades locales y respetando cuidadosamente las Normas de Compra Arval
REQUISITOS
- Estudios: Licenciatura/Diplomatura/Grado
- Experiencia
- Experiencia previa en negociación con proveedores (siendo cliente) o experiencia en negociación general (siendo proveedor).
- Experiencia en seguimiento de políticas y procedimientos (alto rigor en cuanto a Compliance).
- Idiomas
- Imprescindible nivel avanzado de inglés, ya que tiene interlocución constante con Corporate.
