We are the consulting division of Davies, accelerating business, technology and people performance across financial services including banking, asset and wealth management, insurance and other highly regulated industries


We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in Madrid and immediately be assigned to fulfil an important role within one of our major banking clients. Reporting to the confirming supply management team of the client, your goal will be to expand the Confirming business (Supply Chain Finance Programs) by offering the product to our client's many suppliers.


You will be responsible for:


  • Presenting, explaining and describing our client's Confirming product and its advantages to their suppliers.
  • Organizing and leading webinars with suppliers to introduce them to the features of Confirming and its benefits.
  • Supporting, coordinating and guiding suppliers in the E2E onboarding process, and resolving any incidents/doubts that may arise during this process.
  • Improving the service experience of suppliers and engaging them with our client's product.
  • Tracking supplier use of confirming; investigating, understanding, driving and improving their service experience.
  • Owning the resolution of supplier issues end to end.
  • Collaborating with the Front Office on the strategy for incorporating new suppliers into the different programs; proposing, connecting and identifying opportunities.
  • Meeting SLA's and the delivery of tasks including KPI's for calls, emails and customer feedback.
  • Maintaining organized workflow based on priorities (organizing effectively, following up, mastering your day-to-day).


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Native level fluency in English (C2), Spanish (C2) and French (C2).
  • Degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Good attention to detail combined with a proactive approach, good problem solving, attention and an ability to deliver results in a pressurised environment.
  • Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. Accustomed to dealing with external clients (companies).
