Talent Acquisition Partner
(Onsite in Madrid four days per week. Location: C. de Manzanares, 4, Arganzuela, 28005 Madrid, Spain)

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the growth and expansion of our Madrid office. The ideal candidate will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, strengthen our employer brand, and lead a seamless, values-driven recruitment process to attract top talent. This role is critical in ensuring the success of our Madrid office and plays a key part in our broader growth strategy.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Develop and execute hiring strategies critical to the Madrid office with collaborating with the wider talent function
- Act as a brand ambassador, sourcing the best talent through a range of techniques, including advertised selection, headhunting, and social media engagement, for both active and passive candidates.
- Manage candidate assessment and selection, conducting remote video and in-person interviews
- Lead comprehensive marketing activities, including targeted advertising, email campaigns, social media engagement, and dynamic content creation to enhance and expand the Energize brand presence in Spain. This includes strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, localized SEO efforts, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Engage in university events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to promote Energize and attract top talent.
- Establish university partnerships to create internship and practicum programs, strengthening talent pipelines for the future.
- Run feedback sessions with all stakeholders to keep candidates fully informed and engaged throughout the process.
- Conduct job briefings with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs.
- Oversee the management and optimization of job portals like Infojobs and other recruitment platforms, maximizing candidate reach and improving the hiring process. This includes posting job listings, monitoring performance analytics, refining job descriptions, and leveraging platform tools to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview preparation, feedback calls, setting SLAs, and managing expectations.
- Offer & contract management: Oversee the successful onboarding of new hires.
- Reporting & forecasting: Provide weekly and monthly updates on recruitment performance and planning.
- Provide additional support as needed, including recruitment training, benchmarking, talent mapping, and succession planning.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
