At Externalia, a company of the leading Field Marketing group Advantage Smollan, we are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our central office team and become part of the Advantage Smollan Group.

What you will do as an L&D Coordinator:

Communication and Branding:

• Share L&D content and resources aligned with business priorities across all teams.

Reporting and Measurement:

• Ensure learning content includes evaluations and report on employee engagement and program effectiveness.

Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee L&D content requests, develop engaging content in local language, and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Explore new technologies to make programs more efficient and cost-effective.
• Work with external suppliers to create better L&D solutions.

Group Support:

• Support colleagues in using L&D platforms, share best practices, and collaborate on global best practices.

Travel:

• Visit the different European markets as required.

Other tasks and activities related to our overall L&D agenda.

What we are looking for:

• A highly organized person with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Embraces a growth mindset, with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Passionate about content creation and video editing, with expertise in both the back-end development and the user experience for learners.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and proficient in at least one other European language.
