Tasks and Responsibilities
In this exciting phase of our growth, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects that foster business development and FDI flows. You’ll work closely with both public and private sector clients, ensuring their needs are met and that every project aligns with our high standards.
- Coordinate and manage project timelines to ensure all key deliverables are achieved on time
- Apply effective conflict management to resolve project-related issues
- Ensure compliance with the unique needs of public and private sector clients, particularly in relation to FDI projects
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to minimize risks
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial resources are used effectively
- Develop detailed project specifications, focusing on both business development and FDI goals
- Maintain clear communication with international clients, ensuring their satisfaction at every stage
- Build and strengthen relationships with both public and private sector clients, fostering long-term partnerships
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual who can thrive in our rapidly growing, international environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for managing complex projects and a deep understanding of FDI and business development.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage an international network of clients and stakeholders
- IT-oriented, with proficiency in digital tools and project management
- Strong conflict management skills, with the ability to resolve project disputes quickly and efficiently
- Expertise in ensuring compliance with both public and private sector needs, particularly in FDI projects
- Ability to conduct comprehensive risk analysis and identify potential challenges
- Good financial management skills, ensuring projects are completed within budget
- A customer-focused approach, with a dedication to building long-lasting client relationships
