Your role with us
The Inbound Sales Representative will help us continue delighting our customers across Spain, and maintain our company's growth by contributing as part of our dynamic team of international professionals. In this role you will develop, and grow corporate accounts by conducting outbound sales to companies that would benefit from our services.
What you’ll do:
- Acquisition of big accounts (corporate companies or relocation agencies with corporate housing requirements).
- Build and maintain effective working relationships to provide the best possible customer service, understand their expectations, and be accountable for the success of their conversion rate. (mobility, travel managers, relocation companies)
- Companies
- Create and track a sales pipeline and close new corporate accounts through proactive outreach to prospective clients utilizing a combination of email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Ensure that all necessary information for each reservation is available and communicated to other departments involved, monitoring the check-in and check-out dates.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with monthly KPIs.
- Extension of formalized corporate agreements to be part of our Corporate Program and promote these special benefits.
- Attendance to Corporate Events.
About you:
- Spanish is a must. English C1 would be ideal.
- Excellent commercial and communication skills.
- Previous experience with Sales Development, B2B or Enterprise Sales Account Management.
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up.
- Customer centric attitude.
